Sherwin Williams - Poor Customer Service and worse Manager
Sherwin Williams Paint store in Blue Springs, Mo. Went in to pickup paint for bathroom, was in showroom for about 20 minutes looking at paint colors along the wall, never ask by customer service if we needed help.
Could hear employees in back talking and laughing, one other customer in store. Picked out color and proceeded to front counter where one employee was helping out another customer. Manager steps from out back and says, who was next. I point at the gentlemen standing waiting to be checked out!
The Manager helped that man and simply turned and walked away. I said loudly, I guess you don't want my business! The other employee never looked up, she turned and looked at me and walked to back! I went to the door, got her cell phone number and called her to ask why she thought my business was not important.
What a unprofessional manager! Sherwin Williams you need to get this manager under control and start providing customer service or there will be no customers to serve!
