06-28-2019 I bought a 5 gallon pail of deck stain. This was the Centralia, Ill.
store. Rick the manager said is back was hurting and he act like he could not make it threw the day.. He had to mix the stain and then it was to go in the mixer. It was not mixed no more than 1 minute before it he took it out of the mixer.
After that we had to load it our self. Next was when we started to us it there was large balls of paint. So I called and Rick he told me to come up and he would give me a strainer so we could strain the stain. I just paid $221.84 and he wants me to strain this myself.
So I emailed customer with a tracking number #03812654 and was told someone would get a hold of me in two days. I have not heard from anyone. We have gotten paint and stains there for over the last 40 years. This is not the way to do business.
We will not step foot back in the Centralia, Ill.
store. And if Rick has a bad back he is in a bad business.
